Former light heavyweight champion Chad Dawson, attempting to rejuvenate his fading career, will take on club fighter Tommy Karpency on Oct. 4 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn., card co-promoter Lou DiBella announced on Monday.
